Mental Health Network (Greater Glasgow) is a service user led organisation that gathers the experiences and opinions of people that have used Mental Health services in the greater Glasgow area.
Originally set up in 1999, the Network became an independent charity in 2003. We are a membership organisation and membership is open to groups and individuals that have a lived experience of mental health difficulties.
This year the staff and some volunteers are taking part in the Walk at Work Challenge. The challenge takes place over 8 weeks from 5th March until 27th April. We are hoping to take a million steps between us and raise some funds for the Network.
Walk at Work is supported by Paths for all, you can check out their website www.pathsforall.org.uk
