The Chief Nursing Officer for the Scottish Government wishes to assess services across Scotland for people with dementia.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde were asked to do this work, and in turn approached the Mental Health Network to assist in carrying it out.
The aim is to listen to the views of people who use services, carers/relatives and staff, positive or negative.
The survey doesn’t take long to complete, and all responses are anonymous.
Thank you.
